Resume

When I worked on the two alternate resumes, I realized how much wording actually matters depending on the type of job you’re aiming for. I used AI, but only as a tool to help me rephrase things I already do. I tried a bunch of different prompts at first, and some of them honestly didn’t sound like me at all. After playing around with it, I learned that the more specific I was, the better the results were. For the accounting version, I told it to focus on the tax work, reconciliations, and software I’ve used. For the other version, I asked it to bring out more of the communication and office-support parts of my experience.
What surprised me was how differently the exact same job duties can be framed just by changing the focus. Once I figured out what each version needed to highlight, the AI became more useful and less repetitive.
